Facing brick retaining walls to support the upper deck with subtle curves and planting areas flowing the walls around the garden, Two areas of artificial grass adding some colour and making this garden useable all year round.

Extension of a 250 year old dwelling, Construction with local Eskdale Granite, St Bees sand stone quions, cills, heads and mullions. With above ground floor level Askem special imperial sized clay fired facing bricks, with all the timber to match the existing.

41 Market Place, formerly known as the Old Pram Shop. Grade two listed building was saved from demolition and returned back to its beautifully Georgian architectural glory.
